So, basically, what do you think Pedicure is all about? Pedicure is all about cleaning, scrubbing, moisturizing, poring lots, and lots of love to your feet. Regular Pedicuring helps to keep your feet clean, smooth, and look good. It will help to de-tan and whiten your skin. Pedicure involves cleaning and trimming nails, foot massage, calluses controlling, and skin moisturizing. It helps to stimulate blood circulation. Pedicure plays an important role in relieving tension and stress.

So, it will be necessary to pamper your feet either you choose expensive spas or try it your home at almost zero cost budget.


All you need is Nail polish remover, Cotton Pads, Q tip (Optional), Cuticle Cream, Foot file, Cuticle Remover, Sponge, Body wash / Shampoo, Moisturizer / Aloe Vera / Coconut Oil / Olive Oil/ Glycerine / Apple Cider Vinegar (Optional), Rosewater, Lemon Juice, Honey, Salt, A tub full of lukewarm water and Towel.


Step: 1 – Remove your old nail enamel using nail enamel remover. Use some good quality nail polish remover which is dermatologically tested (Poor quality removers may your make nails to turn yellow). Use acetone-free nail polish remover which contains essential proteins, various vegetable oils, jojoba oil, vitamin B5, etc. It nourishes and moisturizes nails. Dab some remover into a cotton pad and remove the nail paint from your nail. Massaging in a circular motion helps to remove nail polish very easily. You can use Q-tip to remove nail paint from the corners of the nails.

Trim your nails using a nail cutter and give a nice shape. You can wax unwanted hair from your feet and wash them properly.

Tip: While trimming don’t trim your nails corner too deeply because it may create problems relating to ingrown nails.

Step: 2 – Take a tub and fill it with lukewarm water so that your feet dip in the water. Collect a little amount of salt, few drops of lemon juice, honey, and rose water which follows some droplet of shampoo or you can even use body wash. Stir all the staff in water. You can add petals of a rose to have a complete touch of the spa. You can use apple cider vinegar and glycerine if you don’t have any allergic issues. Dip your feet into the water and soak for few minutes. It smoothens your feet and helps to remove dead cells very easily. Gently rub good quality moisturizer or foot cream or coconut and olive oil on cuticles and in between toes to clean it.

Step: 3 – Rub foot file pedicure tool to remove dead skin from the body and use a sponge to clean toes. There are different kinds of foot files available in the market. A double-sided mil foot file will be the best option to have a great result. Take your feet out of the tub and take a cuticle remover and clean cuticle and remove dead cells so that you will have a nice nail shape. Give a foot bath with a sponge. Take a clean towel and give a towel dry.

Step: 4 – Apply some good moisturizer to your feet and massage it very gently. If you don’t have the moisturizer you may use foot cream, coconut oil, olive oil, aloe vera gel, etc. whichever is comfortable for you. Please find another best skin whitening remedies
